少しまえに十和田市にある「馬肉料理吉兆」というお店に食事をしに出かけたのですが、こちらのお店がとても美味しかったです。
馬肉は個人的に凄く好きなのですが、なかなか食べることが無くて食べれないというのが正直な気持ちです。
そういった話を大学の頃の友達と話していたら大学の友達にこちらのお店を紹介されました。
こちらは馬肉を扱った料理をメインとして扱っているお店なので、たくさんの馬肉料理を楽しむことができます。
店内はテーブル席と座敷の席があります。
この日は座敷の席に座ることになったのですが、こちらの座敷は本当に初めて来たとは思えないほど落ち着きました。
「馬刺し」、「馬肉のバラ焼き」、「馬肉の燻製」、「馬肉の串焼き」などといった本当に様々な馬肉料理を楽しむことができました。
本当にどの料理も馬肉の良さが引き立っていてとても美味しかったです。
また絶対行きます！！
