十和田のB級グルメ、バラ焼きの名店、大昌園さんへ。4名で全員バラ焼きセットを発注。水はセルフ。待っているとまずご飯、味噌汁、付け出し、漬物が提供され、鉄板が置かれ、火をつけて、そこに4名分がドバッとバラ焼き具材が置かれ、あとは焦がさないようかき混ぜ合わせ、タマネギを好みの状態まで焼き、一つの鉄板の約4名分をヨ〜イドンで食します。タマネギが甘さを引き出し、ご飯の上にてトントンしながら食すバラ焼きは最高のお味でした。焼き始めでタマネギを真剣にかき混ぜながら焼かないと美味しいバラ焼きはできないと叱咤激励を受けるお客様がいました。また来たいと思う名店でした。ご馳走様でした！
