旅行の道中、お昼ぐらいに十和田市通過しこの辺で何か食べようという事になり、ガイドブック頼りにこちらのお店に行きました。
十和田市のソウルフード『バラ焼』はこの日初めて知ったのです。
店内に入りますと広ーいテーブル席と小上がり、全席にコンロが設置済みで要は焼肉屋さんです。
私らは11時〜15時限定の『バラ焼セット990円』を注文
タレの味が染みた牛バラと玉ねぎを鉄板の上で焼いて食べる料理です。
牛肉もそれなりの量だが、玉ねぎの量はなかなかのもの。ヘルシーです。
お味は北海道の味付けジンギスカンの様な味でした。甘味と少し辛さもある味付けでした。
これで千円以下だしコスパは良いですね。
