昭和6年創業、十和田湖産のヒメマス＆ワカサギのお土産とお料理を提供しています。
十和田湖まで徒歩1分 |
晴れているが風は強い十和田湖。早々に写真撮影は終えて食事と土産物を。
予定していた店は団体で入れず更にもう一つの候補はヒメマスが売り切れ。
一番奥のもりたさんに行くとまだヒメマスもあるみたい。土産物店の併設の小さな食堂である。
家内はヒメマス刺身定食2050円、私は十和田バラ焼き定食1500円をオーダー。今日のヒメマスは230gとオネストベースで親切。
昨年秋、ヒメマスの卵が余り取れなかった為、ヒメマス親子丼などはお休みらしい。
待つことしばしで着膳。
家内のヒメマスは丼になっておりかなりのボリューム。
一片もらうが脂も乗っており美味しい。流石ヒメマスは紅鮭と同じ種類、ニジマスとは違う美味さ。数片いただく。
バラ焼きは牛バラ肉を玉ねぎと一緒に甘辛く炒めたもの。味的にはプルコギに近い。
辛味を加えていただくがご飯が進む。小鉢で公魚の佃煮も付いておりこれもまたごはんが進む。ご飯はお替わり無料である。
食べているとヒメマス品切れということで時間的にもラッキーだった。
土産物店併設食堂としては想像以上に良かった。
そのまま早めに大館能代空港方面に向かう。
