赤身のマグロ刺身をいただきました。
美味かったです。
夏のマグロですからさっぱりした味わいでしたが、ノンフローズンで熟成させて鮮度の高い段階でかかった熟成させているためか、とろけるうまさでありました。
本州最北端の大間の地にて、はしゃいで漁師の腕のモニュメントに登り撮影する僕。
一応、青森県の偉い方が案内してくれて、「勇気のある方はこちらに登って撮影する方もいます。高さが高いので飛び降りると怪我します。落ちると大怪我なので、自信があれば、どうぞ。」と案内してくれてこんなの平気さ。と無謀に乗ってみたものの、あまりの高さにビビる僕。
落ちずに済んだし、写真もよく見ると片足立ちだしそれなりに様にはなったけど、58歳になるのに良い加減にしたほうが良いなと後で反省。はしゃぎすぎ。この手の無駄に無謀な事をやって落ちて怪我なんてアホすぎるしね。
その後食べた「大間んぞく」さんでは赤身をオーダー。良質な赤身にのけぞる。赤身の魅力って凄い。それをここで再実感。
また、こちらは地元でも有名な竹内家の店らしい。切り抜き記事での推察。地元で竹内家ってさまざまな事業を行い超有力者らしい。そんな人の経営する店なんだそう。親子二代で最高額を叩き出したり。凄い人には凄いことがついて回る。やり手なんだなー…。
