７月中旬の日曜日にランチを頂きました。お店は満員で私たちの前に３組並んでました。15分ほど並ぶと小上がりの席に通して頂き、私達は３色マグロ刺身定食と３色マグロ丼をそれぞれ頂きました(どちらも3,960円)。３色とは、大トロ、中トロ、赤身のことですが、大トロも中トロも、鉄分の味のする赤身とほぼ同じ味でした。お店の方に大間のマグロの大トロと中トロが入っているのか確認したほどです。お店の方によると、今年のマグロ漁が始まったばかりなのでトロの脂が少ないとのことでした。これなら冷凍マグロの熟成ものを使って頂いた方が良かったなと思いました。前日夜に少し離れた場所にある浜寿司でのマグロ三昧コースがものすごく美味しくて「夏に来ても大間のマグロは美味しい！！」となっていたので、こちらの３色マグロのトロには落胆しました。季節や時期によって当たり・ハズレがあることは多少覚悟したほうが良いと思います。なお、店員さん達は丁寧で感じの良い方ばかりでした。
