青森県の一三湖のすぐ横にあるお店です。店主は自ら湖でシジミとっているらしいです。しじみラーメンが有名ですが、他の方の口コミを読んだり、YouTubeを見たりしているとどうやらしじみ汁の方が良いのではないかと思い、これが入った定食を選ぶことにしました。この日は限定でヤリイカの刺身定食がありました。もちろん、しじみ汁が付いています。価格は1500円です。
約10分ほどで料理の出来上がりです。ヤリイカの刺身はたっぷり入っています。しじみ汁も濃厚な味わいだったと思います。都内で買う北朝鮮産のものとは全然違うとわかりました。
以前この辺を訪れたときには、しじみを食べ損ねたので、やっと念願が叶いました。
