東北３日目は龍飛岬へ！津軽半島の西側にある十三湖近くにあるこちらのお店は、名物のしじみラーメンが売りでした！
味の濃い東北なのでどんな出汁か想像が付きませんでしたが、透き通るぐらい薄い出汁にしじみのエキスがたっぷり含まれた味わい深い出汁でした。薄口関西人の私はめちゃくちゃ馴染み深く出汁を飲み干してしまいました（笑）
麺は細麺で柔らかく、たっぷり出汁をすって美味かったです。しじみも肉厚で全部食べてしまいました！
同時にしじみのバター焼きも食べましたが、ここのしじみは肉厚で食べ応えがあり美味しく、あっさり完食でした！
