津軽半島最北端を目指す途中に訪問。
有名店らしく店の至る所に新旧様々な有名人のサインあり。
しじみラーメンなるものを初めて食すのでどきどきしていましたが、味はしじみのすまし汁ベースでみなさんの馴染みのある味。
前日お酒を飲んでいましたが、これ、飲みの〆に食べると最高かと。
お昼のランチとしては上品なのですが、あっさりしていましたので、がっつり食べたい方はトッピングやランチメニューに汁物をつけても良いかもしれません。
ちなみに今年は大貝が不漁とのこと。なので値段も少し高めになっているかもしれません。
