日曜日の13時頃来店。
店内は4組で観光シーズンでも無いのにそれなりに入っている印象です。
今の時期は湖面に氷が張っている場所も多くこの状態でもシジミ漁をすると聞いて驚きでした。
【駐車場情報】
27台ほど有り。
◼️しじみラーメン（中貝）900円
スープ
シジミから出る薄濁ったスープは味噌汁を作る時の味噌を入れる前の色と同じ。
青森県三厩湾産昆布を使用しているとの事ですが昆布系の旨味は殆ど感じられず残念。
シジミの味噌汁の味噌投入前の状態に塩を足した感じが一番近い。
麺
少し縮れた細麺はスープ絡みは悪く無いが、
個人的には低下水率ストレート極細麺が合うと思った。
ワカメ
1番関心したのはこのワカメ。
肉厚で美味しいワカメでした。
【総評】
シジミラーメンと言えば東京都大田区雑色の『琥珀』を一番に思い出すが、
あちらの様な複雑な旨味の清湯スープでは無く、
本当にシンプルなシジミ出汁スープでコハク酸のパンチも期待値に届かなかった。
また、900円という価格設定もチャーシュー無しなら高いと思う。
シジミは中くらいのが恐らく50g程度入っているが近くのシジミ販売店『 小倉商店』さんでは
キロ1300円だったのでそれを加味して考えるとね。
ラーメンを前面に出していますが意外とそれ以外の方が良かったのかも。
次回利用する機会が有ったら丼物とか食べてみたいな。
