「活いか刺定食」
を頂きました❗

刺し・焼き・煮付け メバルのフルコース❤
刺身のタレも 出汁醤油・オリジナル塩・煎り酒 とかなりの拘りようで美味い(^o^)
煮付けの煮汁の旨みも最高～これだけでもご飯がいける❤
◆「活いか刺定食」

活いか刺身が凄い❗
新鮮でびっくり❗
さっきまで生簀で泳いでいた 「やりいか」 も photo では伝わらない 身がピクピク動く新鮮さ❗
透き通るような身は、箸で持っても折れることなくシャンとしている 張り・生き のよさ❗
食感は 弾力が有り プルプル・コリコリ と体感したことのない新感覚な食感
(いか好きの嫁曰く柔らか目のシリコンでも噛んでるみたい)(笑 )
で 程良い甘さが good❤
あまり期待せずに立ち寄りましたがm(_ _)m
