青森県を中心に展開している焼肉店
『一心亭』グループが経営している肉バルです。
お店は、JR五所川原駅近くの複合施設
『トカトントンスクエア』の一角にあります。
今回いただいのは3品。
1.牛カツサンド
肉の厚さ、なんと5cm。
パンの方が薄い…
厚いですが、フォークやナイフを
使わなくてもしっかり噛み切れる
柔らかさにびっくり。
マスタードがきいたソースでした。
付け合わせはじゃがいもではなく、
長いもを揚げたものにするのは
青森らしくていいですね！
2.とろとろチーズパスタ ボルケーノ
太めのパスタにチーズと
ミートソースがからむ！
濃厚な味わいでした。
3.厚切りサーロインステーキ
こちらも厚い。けどやわらかい！
ニンニクがガッツリきいたソースを
かけていただきます。
焼肉屋とはまた違ったスタイルで
いろいろなお肉を楽しめるところだと
思いました。ごちそうさまでした！
