平成31年3月末の開店以来何度か訪問させてもらってますが、嬉しいお店の復活です。
以前はもう少し市街地寄りに在ったのですが旧｢理右ェ門｣をリニューアルしてのオープン。老舗焼鳥店の後に老舗焼鳥店が入店するという形になりました。
お店に入って親父さんの顔を見るとホッとします。ちなみに親父さんの焼鳥を食べるとサッパリもします。どうも最近の焼鳥店はタレは甘ダルいし塩は効きが甘いしでどうにもサッパリしない。まぁ、味付けは好みや流行りもあるので何とも言えませんが、個人的に昔の人間なので生姜等を効かせたキリッ！とした昔の味が好みです。創作串は若旦那の仕事でしょうか？楽しみな後継ぎが出来ましたね。
一品料理もだいぶ増えました。アタシは一人焼鳥で満足ですが箸休め的に頼んだり、ちょっとした人数でも行きやすくなり色々なシチュエーションでも使えそうです。
増えたのは日本酒も。良いラインナップですね。酒器もまたお洒落で飲んでて楽しくなります。
ホールの女性の方も良く動いてサービスも良好。

さて、11年振りにお店を再開した訳ですが、今は頼もしい二代目も一緒に立ってますし、ご自身のペースに合わせて焼いていただければと思います。
時は流れてTVで地上波での巨人戦のプロ野球中継が少なくなったのは親父さんには寂しい限りでしょうけど、まぁ放送されてると野球ばっか見て仕事しねぇから丁度良いか(笑)。親父さんには中日ドラゴンズの松坂大輔以来のカムバック賞を与えたいですね。
