Hehe, ramen rice curry flavor ψ(`∇´)ψ curry
Ah, this is Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurant. It's not a kappa restaurant. (*´∇`*) The previous owner was not well at the time and closed for a while, but now the second owner has taken over and is preserving the old taste. That's why it's always lively with the old regulars. But still. The current second owner and all the staff are kind. It's easy to enter even if you're just a first timer. The order for this day was skewers of salt, sauce, grilled liver with salt and green onions, boiled chicken skin, and ramen for the end. The salt mixed with the chicken oil on the hot grill makes it very juicy and you can feel the sweetness of the chicken. The sauce is the same old sauce, delicious even when it cools down, and a slightly sweet sauce that makes you want to eat rice. For the grilled liver with salt and green onions, garnish it with grilled green onions mixed with sesame oil, put it in your mouth, and wash it down with beer or shiitake mushrooms in one go. Ufufu, it's delicious! (´∀`*) Ufufu The final dish was curry, cup noodles and rice, made to look like soba rice. It was fun to eat, and made me wonder why cup noodles are so delicious!! It was as delicious as ever. This is the place to get Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) in Goshogawara. Thank you for the meal!! 3.08
Enjoy some Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) on a hot day
The Tachineputa festival is approaching, and the temperature has been getting hotter recently. When you visit Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), you can hear people discussing the festival, or what they would like to see happen this year. At such times, having a cold beer or a Hibo with some hot Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) or summery snacks makes you feel like summer has arrived. In Aomori, you can only feel the summer for about two months, July and August, so it would be a waste if you don't make the most of the summer during this short period (o^^o) I came here with that feeling. Torisin. A restaurant that you definitely want to visit at least once during the summer. This time, I visited with 8-9 friends and we had a meeting about the events during the Tachineputa period. (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) I am a michushin. The food for the day began with a tomato and tofu salad and morokyu (fresh cucumber). The tomato salad was served with a refreshing Japanese dressing, and then the morokyu (fresh cucumber) served with mayonnaise and miso. We started off with some refreshing dishes to whet our appetite. Next, we had 5-6 types of Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) including salted skewers, thighs, breasts and wings (´∀`*) Ufufu, however as we were all sharing one of each type, we decided to take them off the skewers and eat them. Although this is normal, in summer I can be selfish and want to eat the freshly grilled yakitori still on the skewer (;^_^A After a break, smoked seared pork cartilage, raw oysters, and grilled turban shells were served. The seared sliced pork cartilage was delicious, with crunchy pork cartilage that tasted like bacon and the surface being seared before slicing added to the fragrant flavor, making it a dish that goes well with alcohol. The raw oysters were refreshing with the sudachi citrus, and although there was a lot of lemon, it was quite good (*´▽`*) As for the grilled turban shells, I'm not a fan of shellfish so I'm not sure if they were tasty or not. (;^_^A Then there was the grilled chicken wings with sauce, the meat stuck to the bone was really tasty. One for each person. I dove into the freshly grilled food. The sauce was just right. And while I've been having a lot of ramen for the final course recently, today I had rice with seared beef on it. It was quite a filling final course, but since the previous dishes had been a bit lighter, I finished it all in no time. The seared beef was placed on top of the rice and poured a refreshing grated daikon radish sauce over it, then topped it with a raw egg. The pork cartilage was very tasty, so I took a photo of the pig inside the restaurant. It was a drinking party where the pork and beef were delicious, even though it was chicken. (^^ゞ I'll come again. Thanks for the meal.
I totally forgot to take pictures.
I visited with seven friends and had a drinking party. I must have been taking a lot of photos during my business trip, so I let my guard down. I completely forgot to take photos of Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) and other dishes. (*´∇`*)Yay! When the ramen came out, I finally realized what I'd done. I took a quick snap of two. I tried it, curry noodles with cheese and a sprinkling of shichimi on top. It tasted just as you'd expect, curry noodles, with the cheese on top giving it a mellow flavor, and the shichimi giving it a nice spiciness. (*´∇`*)Pirimaro In fact, I also had miso noodles with rice, the classic grilled liver with salt and green onions, and a skewered dish. Thank you for the meal, I'll come again.
Ramen? Fried rice? Yes, it was ramen!!
Today, I visited this restaurant as a party to celebrate the end of the event the other day. The 5,000 yen all-you-can-drink course had a delightful lineup of Chicken Cuisine dishes, including Grilled skewer, chicken tataki, fried chicken skin, chicken neck, grilled liver with salt and leek, and super-sized omu soba. This is my second review, and I wrote about Chicken Cuisine in the last review, so I will skip the explanation of Chicken Cuisine this time. The highlight this time was ramen!! A rare secret menu with a bit of a joke: mix rice with the finished cup Ramen to make fried rice, which is actually quite a time-consuming dish. Last time I visited, I had a normal cup noodle, but this time I had chili tomato, which I was eager to try!! It was quite delicious, or rather, quite delicious. It takes a lot of time to prepare, and it is a dish that the owner makes according to his mood, so if you order it, you are lucky. I also drank some sake this time, which is unusual. A very dry one and a sweet daiginjo. Sake with Chicken Cuisine is quite addictive. Lastly, this restaurant has the atmosphere of Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), the staff are friendly, the atmosphere is great, and there are quite a few regulars, so the other customers are very well behaved. However, the restaurant is quite spacious, so it's not a place where it's difficult to enter because it's only full of regulars. They've created an atmosphere where anyone can just walk in at first glance. It's a place where you can have fun drinking, so I hope it continues forever. Of course, I'll be returning.

PR for restaurants |
This restaurant continues the taste of its father and is confident in its prices and portions.
We are also confident in our prices and portions. Yakitori Torishin first opened in 1989. Due to my father's illness, the restaurant closed once in the 20-odd years. However, after about 10 years, we |
We visited around 9 o'clock today, and it seemed to be as busy as ever. It was packed even though it was a Monday, and afterwards... It seemed to be hectic, and we were just about to take a break when we arrived. We ordered some skewers while drinking highballs, and felt like eating something with sauce, so we ordered liver and spring onion rolls, which we usually eat with salt, but this time with sauce. The liver was a little rare and soft, with a crispy outside, and when you bite into the spring onion rolls, the sweetness and umami of the spring onions spread in your mouth, very delicious. The owner knew that I like ramen, and as soon as I sat down, he brought out some chili noodles, saying that he could make ramen today. We were so pleased. The ramen was a little spicy, with plenty of spring onions and cheese on top, and was a little lighter. It was very delicious. On this day, I ordered some things I don't usually order, like chicken wing Gyoza / Dumpling and chicken wing skewers with miso mayonnaise. The miso mayonnaise goes well with sake. The saltiness of the miso is a little strong, so it goes well with alcohol. Today I had a highball (;^_^A No matter when you come, you can't go wrong. It was very delicious. Thank you for the meal!! 3.08
