最近、千葉出張が多く、千葉駅周辺の出現率が高くなっている
千葉中央駅近くにある、炭火焼きと日本酒が楽しめる 炭火台所&Bar 月の坊
店内はモダンな作りで、隠れ家的な空間が心地良く、雰囲気は抜群
まずは、この空間がご馳走だ
当然ながら、炭火焼きのおまかせ串をオーダー
エノキ以外は、肉巻きで出てきた
おくら肉巻きは、梅肉
なすは、味噌
エリンギは、柚子胡椒
アスパラ巻きは、酢味噌
と、串によって食べ方が違い、炭火焼きの為、香ばしさもあり、どれも美味
ざる豆腐 大豆本来の旨みを感じられるシンプルな豆腐
銀鱈西京焼きは、小ぶりだが、程よい脂が丁度良い
アルコールも豊富
Barと言うだけあり、カウンターでしっぽり呑むのも良い
今回は、千葉の地酒飲み比べで料理を舌鼓
接客も丁寧で、良いお店でした
