食事会に使用させていただきました。
事前に予約し、当日は1時半頃に入店しましたがほとんどの席はうまっていた。
席に案内され、苦手なものなどの確認とコースの説明を受け先に乾杯ドリンクが運ばれる。
乾杯ドリンクはスパーリングワインかオレンジジュース、ウーロン茶から選べる。
その後にはフォッカッチャ、前菜が運ばれる。
前菜は3種盛り合わせ（サーモンのマリネとカプレーゼ、ハムとひよこ豆）。
どれも塩加減もよく、ぺろりといただけました。
パスタは桜えびと春キャベツのペペロンチーノ。
少しピリ辛と桜えびと春キャベツの甘みがバランスよく、美味しい。
魚料理はカラッと揚げた魚にジェノベーゼソースとビーツが添えられている。
これは期待どおりの美味しさ。
ジェノベーゼソースがいいアクセント。
チバザポークの煮込み。
これは相当煮込んだのか、ほろほろとお皿の上ですでにフォークで切れてしまう柔らかさ。
最後はケーキと珈琲か紅茶。
ケーキは華やかなホール（誕生日の方がいたのでネームを入れていただきました）。
いちごもたっぷりで満足のいける美味しさ。
料理の説明も運ばれるペースもよく、楽しい時間を、過ごせました。
店内からはデパートの真ん中の吹き抜けが間近に見ることができ、最上階という立地もあり開放感ある店内でした。
また今回は他県からいらした方を招いた会だったので、千葉の千産千消を使ったコースはベストな内容だったなと思いました。
今後もまた機会があったらお邪魔したいと思います。
