本日はお休みで千葉まで行って来ました。こちらのお店も前からBMしていて訪問するタイミングを伺っていました。もちろん、食べログでネット予約して訪問。ランチコース4700円をいただきました。今回はワインは控えようと思ったのでペアリングなどもあったのですがスパークリングワイン1200円をオーダー。すると、ワインが美味しくてグラスワイン白と赤も追加してしまいました。

といった内容でした。ベーコンパンケーキはキッシュ？のようでした。ちょっと前に青森遠征してきたばかりですがこちらでいただく平目は現地、それ以上に独特な歯ごたえと旨味が感じられました。真鯛のムニエルは絶妙の状態で皮パリパリで身はふっくらさらに柚子薫るバターソースがよく合いました。あとは他の人も絶賛しているリゾット、舞茸の味、食感を生かしパルミジャーノの味がして◎。
