千葉県の郷土料理や地酒を味わいたく千寿恵さんを訪問。一人だったので席はカウンターです。
18時に予約しましたが、17時45分に到着、団体が入っているとのことで忙しそうでした。
メニューから注文しようかと思いましたが、千葉の郷土料理なら「千葉の味コース」と、女将から勧められたので、料理はそれにしました。
まずビールを注文し、口を潤すと女将さんが、付け出しの旬味前菜を運んでくれます。
その後は、太巻き祭りずし、ゆで落花生、なめろう、さんが焼、いわし料理、野菜料理(天ぷら)、くじらのタレ、房州産一夜干し、あさりご飯の順番に運んでくれました。たまに入荷によって、そばorあさりご飯のように選択が可能になる場合もあるそうです。
飲み物は、ビールのあと日本酒「綾乃寒菊OCEAN99、甲子政宗、不動、東魁盛」の順に注文。
美味しい料理と、女将さん達との楽しい会話に飲みすぎてしまった。
２時間程度で全て完食、とても美味しかった。ごちそうさまでした。
