西千葉駅の春日側にビル一棟の鮨店が有るみたいなので夕方寄ってみました。
今の時期、2名以上は二階より上の個室/1名はカウンターとの事で・・カウンター席へ
板場は３～４名、カウンターは自分1人。 まるでホテルの様に大きな鮨店です。

◇鰯のつみれ汁
帆立や白身はワサビを利かせて有りますが、全体的に平凡な握り
唯一シャリの握り加減は、口でホロホロ崩れる良い加減では有りましたが・・酢も塩味も効いて無く
何にも主張してきません。
