千葉駅を出てどこか探していて、いつも通り過ぎていた「築地日本海 千葉駅前店」
夕方他に行く所も無く初めて入ってみました。 意外とちゃんとした室内とカウンター
広い店内、他に誰も居なく貸し切り状態でしたー
何にも見ないで入っちゃったので・・セットじゃ無く目の前に有ったお任せで頼んでみます。

回ってる寿司と異なり、板さんが一貫一貫握ってます。
シャリに粒感が有って予想外に良い感じ、味付けは甘めで万人向きですけど口解け良好！
なので酢の利いた小肌が思ったより旨かった。 大トロもなかなか
追加で頼んだ茎山葵巻きが強烈に辛くて涙出ちゃう位～ そして穴子のツメも良かった。
変なセット物を頼んでサーモンとか海老が入る位なら、お任せ注文で好きな物だけ食べるにはGood
