「築地日本海」さん・・・えーと、千葉中央駅前の方・・・
行ったと思ったら行ってない。おかしい！と思ったら違うお店に投稿してました。大変失礼しました。と言うことで入れ替えるために訪問。（いや、別に訪問しなくても修正できますが・・・）
普段は行かない大箱大衆向けの多店舗展開のお店と判断しています。このタイミングでないといけないな・・・そんな感じで目指し到着入ります。
改めて向き合います。お寿司メインのお店なんですね。ならば刺身系の一択・・・のハズですが・・・
なんか違うお店の時にあまり良い印象がなかったので日替わりにします。こちらは日替わり弁当と日替わりランチがあり、弁当の方は昼用メニューに印刷されています。大体写真と似たような物を用意されているとのこと。
日替わりランチは紙で書かれていて、まさに書かれた案内になるそうです。
ありがちなメインの料理は同じとかでは無いんだそうな。
じゃそれを選択。弁当の方。
値段は弁当は１５００円。ランチは１２００円です。
しばし待ちます。
大きな湯呑みのお茶を飲み待つ。
しかし時分時とは言え混雑されています。
到着です。おぉ。立派。
天婦羅。鶏のから揚げ。小鉢は煮しめ？刺身もあります。他にサラダと茶碗蒸し。
後は漬物味噌汁ご飯です。
最初に一つ気になったこと。松花堂のようにご飯は仕切られた場所によそわれています。
縁の傾斜。米の粘り。炊き方？箸の持ち方・・・色々複合的な要素で非常に食べにくいです。
今更ながらのお話ではありますが、お客に出すものと同じものを使い、本当にどう感じて食べているのか？こういう部分にどこまでこだわれるかってのが必要なのかもしれません。
茶碗を使い、提供はこの膳を使っても良いのですが、ご飯は茶碗を持てるようにするのもありかもですね。
その他は総じて満足です。
得てして１５００円の値段の理由がさっぱりわからない内容や味わいのお店が多いと思っている大箱系のお店。それは私の勝手な思い違いかも・・・と、思うような味と内容だなって思いました。
手違いで半年以上も違うお店の感想を乗せていた事。
どうせ大衆向けのお店だよなぁと思って入ってしまった事。
食べてちゃんと工夫されてよい印象を感じた事。
改めて、全てのお店に真摯に向き合わねばと思ったことなど踏まえコミコミの評価とさせていただきました。
