もつ鍋のスープが非常に美味しかった。こくがある。
もつはA4もしくはA5のもつを使用。脂が上品で全然もたれない。
あと、牛テールの塩焼きがかなり美味しい。
ほろほろ。箸をあてるだけで、お肉がほろりととれる。
塩加減も完璧で、牛の味がひきたっていた。
ごまさばは、ひとくちご飯がついてくる。ごまさばがしっかりとした味付けになっているので、ご飯が合う。
牛タンは割高。美味しいが、5切1280円税別はたかいかな。
