近くのライブハウスはしょっちゅう通ってましたが、ラーメン屋があることは知らなかったです。
夜のみ営業の居酒屋兼のようです、
客席はカウンター4席と大人数のテーブルが2卓、4人掛けが1卓。
平日の20時半ごろ、程良くお客さんが入ってます。
卓上調味料は醤油、酢、ラー油、一味、胡椒、生唐辛子。
メニューは絞られていますが、一番上の正油を口頭にて注文。
・堂々 正油らーめん(700円)
たっぷりのネギが泳いでます。
とてもシンプルなラーメンですがとても美味しい。
コクがあって好みにマッチしています。
程良いカエシの醤油感がいいでね。
正統派ながら一線を画す一杯。
麺は細麺ストレート。
噛む度に歯切れの良さを感じます。
チャーシューは薄手の赤身肉。
柔らかくて美味しいです。
甘めのメンマは食感がいいですね。
このネギの量は薬味好きにありがたい。
飲んだ後にはぴったりの一杯でした。
こういうシンプルなラーメンは飲んだ後にもいいですね。
