ランチで訪問。
贅沢コース ＠１３００
前菜。 秋刀魚のマリネ ピーナッツソース
パスタ。 からし菜と鴨のペペロンチーノ or きのこのトマトソース
パン。デザート。飲み物。
前菜が本格的で、ビックリです。
ピーナッツソースと聞いて、甘いの？どうなの？？と思いましたが、
食べたら「うま～～っ」となりました。
酸味と旨みのバランスが絶妙。
秋刀魚の臭みを消して、旨さを前面に。
かいわれ大根がまた、いいアクセントになってる！
すっごい、おいしい！
パスタが来ました。
ペペロンチーノの方は、結構オイリー。
ガーリックたっぷりで、好きな味付けです。
トマトソースは、あっさりとしてます。
でも、旨みがあって、美味しいです。
パスタの麺は、バリラだと思われます。
つるっとしてて、ちょっと柔らかめ？かな。
デザートにパンナコッタが出てきましたが、これがまた美味しいです。
１３００円でこのクオリティは、凄いです。
お店の作りも、わたし好み。
