We went there to celebrate my nephew and niece. It's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get a job and become an adult, so we splurged a little. We made a reservation because the evening is more relaxed. Despite the many ingredients that are off limits, we enjoyed a supreme course that was carefully thought out. No mushrooms or shellfish allowed, so it's Italian Cuisine. It started with an appetizer, pasta, fish main, meat main, and dessert. I was in a mini-panic so I only remember the ingredients. The appetizer was salmon, salmon roe, and sea urchin... The pasta was firefly squid and smoked Oyster with fruit tomatoes... The fish main was kinki with abalone risotto as the sauce... The meat main was Cow tongue and Yamagata beef Zabuton Steak. The dessert was a parfait with fresh cream, cheesecake, vanilla ice cream, pudding, and coffee jelly topped with orange powder. They didn't have beer last time, but they did this time. It was non-alcoholic because I'm a driver keeper ☕ I forgot to take pictures of the appetizers and pasta because they looked delicious... (If it's a good restaurant, you remember it after you've taken a bite.) They also make Sweets from all over Italy (or so they said) The tiramisu is the best in Chiba and is definitely something you should try. It is one of the top five most delicious tiramisu in Japan, so it is recommended for those who like Sweets. It seems that they also sell it at special events at department stores and station buildings on an irregular basis, so it might be a good idea to make a reservation in advance.
