父が勤めていた会社は北海道が本社だったので、
北海道の食材、お店が好きなようで、
ここには前から行きたいと思っていたようです。
北海道の地産地消にこだわったお店で、
函館漁港で朝に水揚げされた鮮度抜群の活烏賊、
北海道の広大な大地で育った美味しい野菜が産地直送。
母から「お鍋食べに行こう」と言われましたが、
お鍋はまだなかった(*'▽')
ここは、チムニーグループで、
メインブランド「はなの舞」は23年目。
韓国が本社かと思いきや日本のようです。
国境なき医師団への支援活動など、
CSRにも取り組んでいます。

帆立稚貝の酒蒸し、
母の食べたい鍋がなかったのでこちらに。
ジンギスカン焼きそば、
カレー味でとても美味しかったです♪
デザートまでいけなかったのですが、
札幌名物シメパフェ、
二色のアイス大福パフェ、
北海道カタラーナ＆ミルクアイス、
花畑牧場3種のチーズとフルーツのカッサータ、
そそるメニューがいっぱいです♪
久しぶりに父母と外食できて良かった。
ちょこちょこ行かなくては(*'▽')
この並びに、焼鳥、串カツがあるので、
父は制覇したいようです(*'▽')
