A Japanese sake bar in the Chiba Station area. We have a wide selection of brands carefully selected by our sake sommelier. From hard-to-find trendy sake to sake that will impress connoisseurs! The lo |
After eating and drinking quite a bit at another bar, I found this on the way to the station. Come to think of it, I'd been interested in this bar for a few years. I was already full, both in terms of food and drink, and there was little room for even liquid. But I was greedy and went in, hoping to have at least one drink. The first floor was bright, but there was no one there. There was a sign to the second floor, but I was hesitant to go in, and a staff member came down from above. The second floor had a completely different atmosphere from the first floor. It was a real bar. I sat down and looked at the menu. My knowledge of sake is low to begin with, but even so, there were many brands I had never heard of. I gave up trying to use my empty brain, and asked for the recommended dry sake (I forgot the brand). Perhaps because I was drunk, I made the mistake of drinking it like water. I should have tasted more. Conversations between regulars, conversations between solo regulars with staff, etc. The interior, the impression of the staff, the wide selection of alcohol, almost everything I saw was attractive. Next time, I'll enjoy it slowly while having some snacks to go with my sake. Thank you for the meal.
