千葉駅から歩いていくと結構良い運動になる。
1番の最寄り駅は県庁前駅とのこと。
通常11:00開店だが、Twitterで早開けの情報あり。
10:35くらいに着くと既に店内は1席のみ空席。

ラーメン小 麺少なめ カラメ
生卵

まずは豚がとんでもなく美味しい。
とろっとろでバターのような甘みがある脂は二郎系トップレベルの美味しさです。
麺は野猿二郎のような少しザラつきのある舌触りとぷにゅ感。
麺量は結構多いため少なめにしといたが正解。
スープは微乳化で食べやすい！！

二郎系のピリピリ感は全くない。
変なムーブをしない限り問題ない
