刺身定食を選択。
うーん。タイトルに尽きます。
「水産」と言う言葉が店名に着くのであれば、魚の扱いに長けていると認識してしまいます。
仕入れた魚の状態とかもあるのだと思いますが、ではお寿司屋さんでそう言うものが出て来るか？となると「無い」と思える切り付け方の魚がありました。まるで私が切りつけたようなものです。
小骨を感じたり、たった一枚かもしれませんがウロコを感じたり。
６種類のお魚をいただけるのはうれしいです。
でも、そんな「貝に砂」のような出合いが先に来てしまうとちょっとだけ悲しくなるなって言う感想です。
居酒屋さんとしてみれば、十分魚に特化したお店だと思う。
お店の方針や今更店名を変えるわけにはいかないと思いますが、全然違う魚を感じない店名でこれが出てきたら「魚がいいな」と感じたかなって思います。
なんかすみません。そんな印象が残っています。
