居酒屋「よし春」の跡地に２０１８年１月、「千葉ＴＡＴＡＫＩ亭 栄町店」がオープンし、７月に「おでんでんでん 千葉栄町店」に改名しました。
平日のみ提供されているランチを１２時半頃に利用しました。
店先にランチメニューが掲示されていました。
固定メニューとして下記の４つが税込８００円均一で記載されていました。
・鰹のたたき定食
・もつ煮込み定食（刺身ｏｒ揚げ物）
・よし春御膳
・ミックスフライ定食
また、同じ価格でこの日限定の生姜焼定食もありました。
「よし春御膳」という以前の店の名前を冠した料理がありましたので、電話番号は引き継いでいませんが、何らかの関係がありそうですね。
店内は居抜きのように見えました。
入って左手が調理場とカウンター席、右手と奥がテーブル席になっていました。
１階はほぼ満席でしたが、幸いカウンター席に空きがありました。
２階にも席があり、店員の話によると、そちらは空いていたようです。
１階の客のほとんどが近隣の勤め人と思われる男性でした。
店の人は、調理担当の男性と接客担当の女性が１人ずつでした。
鰹のたたき定食を注文しました。
ライスの大盛とみそ汁のお替わりは無料です。
注文してから１３分程で配膳されました。
鰹のたたきの他、ライス、みそ汁、とろろ、揚げ物（海老カツ、ハムカツ）、サラダ、ミニ冷やしうどんと盛り沢山の内容でした。
さっぱり系の鰹のたたき、とろろ、冷やしうどんとミニサイズの揚げ物の組み合わせはなかなかの食べ応えでした。
会計時にポイントカードをもらいました。
有効期限半年で、昼の食事１回ごとに１ポイント（雨の日は２倍）で、１０ポイント溜まると１回分の食事が無料になるようです。
還元率が高めなので、これを目当てに通っている客もいるかもしれません。
なかなかの充実のランチに満足しました。
