Oden tour, this time I came to Chiba. This will be my first time exploring Chiba and the area around Chiba Station. I've already visited "Takeshi" near the station, so this is my second restaurant. There are three restaurant Oden Den-san in Chiba, but the atmosphere seems to be quite different depending on the store. The decision to go to the Chiba Sakaemachi store was made because I thought it would be possible to drink slowly and quietly. I made a reservation just in case, but it seems that I was the first customer, and it was one-on-one for about an hour from here, so I was able to talk with the manager carefully, so it was as intended. First of all, there are 5 kinds of oden. Daikon, kombu, shirataki, egg, mini cancer, I think. It is a very familiar soup stock in the middle of the Kanto region. The ingredients are just right, and it is a delicious oden. By this time, my identity has already been revealed, and the story of Oden all over the country blooms. It was a lot of fun. After that, I ordered Chiba's unique oden, clam sake steaming, and licking otoshi, and thoroughly enjoyed Chiba's oden.
