フレンチメニューも扱いながら、カオマンガイなどのエスニック料理もある面白いお店。
ランチのメインは3種類。
フレンチとタイが融合したという、オリジナルのGop式グリーンカレーをCセットで注文しました。
セットのドリンクは、飲んだことのない「バタフライピー」にしてみました。蝶のピーってなに(^ω^)

たっぷりのグリーンサラダとキャロットラペに、鶏レバーのムースがなめらか。
鯛出汁とトマトの冷製クリームスープは、酸味控えめで旨みのある味(゜∀゜)
Gop式グリーンカレーも到着しました。
国産米の上には、柔らかな蒸し鶏がしっとり。
特製ブイヨンにココナツのベシャメルソースが入ったグリーンカレーは、なめらかな口当たりとココナツの香り。
ブイヨンの旨みを感じた後で、じわじわ辛さが追いかけてきます(≧∇≦)/
この日のデザートは、紫いものスイートポテト。香ばしい生地に乗せるとタルト風。
バタフライピーとは、鮮やかな青色をしたタイのお茶。バタフライピーは花の名前なんですね(*゜▽゜)ノ
そのまま飲んでも爽やかなハーブティーなんですが、レモンを入れると劇的に変化。
きれいな赤紫色になりました。見た目にも楽しいハーブティーで、大満足なカレーランチでしたo(^▽^)o
