千葉県にあるワインバーDimoltoにお邪魔しました。お肉にかかっている赤ワインソースが香ばしく、とても美味しかったです。お肉に添えられた野菜は春野菜でワインソースでいただくと、とても美味しかったです！
女子会ランチで利用。
土曜日正午とお昼時の利用でしたが、この日は他にお客さんは２組だったため、
ほぼ貸し切り状態での利用。
季節メニューの他、グランドメニューなるものもありランチタイムだけど種類...
友人4人で席だけ予約。
私はサーモンとアボカドのジェノベーゼを頼みました。

料理はとても美味しく、雰囲気も良く、ディモルトさんリピーターです。
