しろくまのつぶやき・・・
生ハムとブラックオリーブのサラダは、生ハムとブラックオリーブのほか、タマネギ、パプリカ、レタス、水菜などの野菜、オリーブオイル、パルミジャーノ、酸味のあるドレッシングで構成されているのですが、個人的にはもうちょっとブラックオリーブ感があってほしかったかな・・・。本日（石垣鯛）のカルパッチョは、石垣鯛の歯応えがしっかりしていて、柑橘系のソースとの相性もよく、美味しかったと思います。ゴルゴンゾーラのパスタは、具材にタマネギとベーコンを使用して、ゴルゴンゾーラもしっかり使ってくれていてよかったのですが、この手のパスタにタマネギは要らんかなと・・・タマネギが嫌いというわけではなく、具材が必要なパスタだと思っていないもので・・・。ポルチーニのカチョ・エ・ペペは、ポルチーニの風味が感じられてよかったのですが、カチョ・エ・ペペってこんな感じ？ バター、チーズ、ブラックペッパー・・・何か領域をはみだしている？ 名前にこだわるのもどうかと思いますが・・・。
