皆さん。こんにちは。ZMAです。今回は久々に千葉にやってきました❣️千葉駅辺りのグルメはある程度制覇したつもりだったのですが、今回も面白い居酒屋さんを発見しました❗️
千葉駅にある「旨い馬肉とレモンサワー 銀邸酒場 千葉店」さんにお邪魔します。本格的な馬肉の種類が豊富で馬刺しとして提供しているお店です。
今日はアラカルトで頂きましょう❗️

レモンサワーだけでもたくさんの数のレモンサワーがありますね☆蜂蜜、巨峰と定番のタイプにはじまり、コーラやマンゴー、ほうじ茶等と豊富❣️

定番の茄子の漬物です☆

馬のハツ。牛でもハツは美味いですが馬はどうだろう、、、(〃ω〃)！やっぱりサクサクとした食感が素晴らしい❗️

5個で¥638はお値打ち❣️リーズナブルだけでなく熱々サクサクを楽しめますよ☆

★豆腐サラダ¥830
ヘルシーな豆腐サラダ。揚げ物の合間に食べるとこれまた乙ですね☆
ちょっとドレッシングが多いかなぁ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)。
★蓮根挟み揚げ¥740
お弁当のおかずにピッタリなレンコンの挟み揚げ。お弁当にいいんだからお酒のおつまみにもピッタリなサクサク食感と程よいコクのある味。
★カツオのタタキ
今が旬ですからね♪♪皮目の脂も程よい☆
元々は秋の下りガツオも好きですがサッパリとしたタイプの春カツオも好きです❗️
★桜ユッケ
馬刺しもいいですが、ユッケも中々。卵の絡み具合といい、悪くないどころか美味しいね☆
ご馳走さまでした。1杯目に付き合うにはピッタリのお店だと思います☆お会計は1人頭¥4000前後。正直、お腹はぱんぱんです。
