As I was walking to Chiba Station, I passed this shop, Delicious Horse Meat and Lemon Sour, Gintei Sakaba Chiba branch. Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where you can see inside the shop is nice because you can see how crowded it is (^^ゞ It's good. It was crowded, so I entered the store to have a drink and was seated at a table. Ordering via the touch panel was easy and convenient. The store only served lemon sours, but first I quenched my thirst with a premium malts draft beer. Draft beer with fine foam. Delicious Dess.For the picks, I ordered some standard items.Edamame and grilled mentaiko.Beer and edamame always go well~The grilled mentaiko came with mayonnaise.I also ordered fried octopus, but there was no mayonnaise ( (LOL) I received a bit of grilled mentaiko with mayonnaise. The moderately spicy mentaiko and piping hot octopus. Both go well with beer. For the skewers, I ordered tomato bacon skewers and green onion. The tomato bacon was surprisingly good. Sweet tomato and... It goes well with bacon. I really liked this combination. I changed to sake. I ordered Kubota's Senju, which I saw in the refrigerator at the store. I think it was 800 yen for one cup. I think it's a reasonable price. After all, it's from Niigata. The local sake Kubota had a consistent taste. I ordered additional wasabi and tofu that seemed to go well with sake. I haven't had kamaboko since New Year's, but it still goes well with sake. The tofu tofu was delicious with plenty of bonito flakes. The friendly staff. The customer service was also good, so I left the restaurant feeling good. Thank you for the meal.
