牛すじ肉を八丁味噌風味の出汁で煮込んだそうですが、シャバシャバのツユで甘美味い！
結構牛すじ肉はとろける煮込み具合！
豆腐！なんだこれ！美味い！豆腐自体に味ついてるの？それともしっかり煮込まれているのか？面白いいわ〜これだけでずっと飲んでられる(^^)
青唐辛子は新鮮でみずみずしく激辛！肉豆腐にしばらく入れておくとピリ辛肉豆腐に変身串物食べた後のお口直しにもよし！
【どて焼き・149円】
牛すじを串に刺して西京味噌がベースのタレで味付けされてます。
結構お肉がついているけど、スジを感じられませんが、肉肉しくて西京味噌のタレが甘美味いです！
飲み物は、生ビールアサヒスーパードライ399円とレモンサワー199円をおかわりして満腹！ほろ酔い！
席代等がないので、お支払いは1500円ほどで激安でした(^^)
なかなかお安いお店見つけました〜！
