千葉駅近辺で千葉の食材や料理が食べられるお店を探したら良い所がなく、去年利用した『さんが郷土料理 こっから』さんに行きました(σ・∀・)σ
・お通し 釜揚げしらす
・九十九里産はまぐりの刺し身
・イワシのつみれの煮浸し
・イワシの胡麻漬け
・さんがグラタン
・房総ウイスキー ハイボール
・梅一輪(山武市の清酒)
はまぐりの刺し身がとてもおいしかったです。初めてたべましたけど、味が濃くておすすめです。
さんがグラタンも新しい食べ方でおいしかったです。
あまりお酒の評価はできませんが、房総ウイスキーハイボールは飲みやすいです。梅一輪はスッキリした呑み口です。
基本メニュー以外の季節もののおすすめもたくさんあるので、来店した際はぜひいろんなご当地グルメ食材を楽しんでください。
