I was curious and entered the store as it was opening on May 1st. The staff was friendly, and since it had just opened, I asked him what he recommended, and he said 3 kinds of horse sashimi and Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) miso, so I decided to order it. All of the horse sashimi had no smell and was delicious! In particular, the marbled meat was fatty and personally my favorite! Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) has a lot of ingredients and is very filling lol.The motsu nabe was plump and had a strong miso flavor.Finally, the staff recommended some cheese porridge to finish off Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), so I tried it and it was really delicious!
