店外の写真からも伝わる通り、パッと見でも豪華な印象を受けるこちらのお店
その重厚な雰囲気だけに、メニューも気になる所ですが
ランチではコース料理の他、ワンプレートで提供される、プレートランチが用意されているとのこと
コースの方は前菜から始まり、サラダにメイン、メインは全4品から1つを選ぶスタイルでお値段1800円
一方のプレートランチは全8品からなり、お値段は1100円とリーズナブル
加えて、デザートを＋350円で付けることが可能とのことで
今回はこのプレートランチへデザートを共に頂いてみることに
■ プレートランチ
注文後、まずはスープからの提供となるのですが
こちら、エスプーマ状のお出汁を添えた、新玉ねぎのスープとのこと
泡を崩し、混ぜ合わせながら頂くものとなっており
玉ねぎの持つ甘みに加え、出汁の旨味も合わさり、すでに満足を得る美味しさに
遅れること10分ほどで提供となった、本日のメインことワンプレートランチ
全8品が並ぶこちらのプレート、そのボリュームは想像を見事に越えるものとなっており、
真鯛の昆布締めや、トマトソースのチキン、オレンジを添えたキャロットラペにレタスメインのサラダ
ポムリヨネーズに真鯛の昆布締め、そして小海老のタルティーヌなど、とにかく盛り沢山
そのいずれもが、見た目の華やかさに彩りも鮮やかな盛り付けとなり
例えばポムリヨネーズには、メインのジャガイモだけで無く
素揚げしたせん切りポテトも添えるなど、最早芸術の様な美しさ
口に運べば、当然いずれも絶品三昧となる他、
真鯛の昆布締めに至っては、技法としては和食に含まれるものの
フレンチらしく、ほろ苦い春菊ベースのソースを添えて提供
甘みある真鯛、更には昆布の旨味も加わり、この組み合わせも絶品のひと言
そして、たんまりの海老がひしめくタルティーヌ
甘みと酸味のあるソースが海老を包み込み、バゲットはもちろん、とにかく海老の美味しさがひとしお
しかも、溢れんばかりのボリュームとなっており
食べ応えの面でも、十分過ぎる満足を得る一食に
加えて本日は、食後のデザートも併せてオーダー
クリームブリュレ 牛乳アイス添えとなっており、パリッと仕上がる表面を割り砕くと、
その下からは、とろり柔らかなクリームブリュレ
添えられた牛乳アイスも自家製だそうで
スイーツを普段嗜まない私でも、頼んで正解と声を挙げたくなる1品
なにより、全8品の煌びやかな料理が埋め尽くすプレートながら
そのお値段は1100円とリーズナブル
感動以外の言葉では語りきれない、大満足の1食となりました。
