At our store, we carry rare "Akage Wagyu beef" which has less than 20% market share in Japan. Unlike Kuroge Wagyu beef, which contains a lot of fat, it is characterized by its elastic lean meat, which has just the right amount of marbling and is rich in umami ingredients. At our restaurant, which operates as both Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and a bar, we not only serve classic alcoholic beverages, but the owner also stocks rare alcoholic beverages so that you won't get tired of visiting every day. There is a wide variety of shochu available, from premium ones such as ``Maou'' and ``Mori Izo'' to famous sakes that can only be obtained locally.
