この3月千葉神社の裏手となる中央区院内にオープンした「鮨Labo」というお店
その店名通り、お寿司が頂けるお店となるのですが、握りは一貫300円から
鮮魚を中心にしたおつまみも多数取り揃っており、いわゆる寿司割烹スタイルのお店に
あらためて確認するメニューの方は、本日のお勧めには旬の鮮魚を中心に掲載し、お値段は500円前後から
そして握りメニューも青魚系は300円台、平目やキスといった白魚で500円、最も高いうにでも700円といったお値段
もちろん、握りをおまかせでも注文可能となっており、上で3000円、特上は4500円と、こちらの良心的な価格
今回はこれらメニューから、おつまみを中心に食べ比べてみることに
まず最初に頂いたのが、鮮魚の盛り合わせ
金目鯛に桜えび、帆立ら旬の鮮魚が5種盛りでの提供で、お値段は2400円
いずれも旬＆鮮度も抜群ながら、脂たっぷり乗った金目の美味しさには舌鼓
更には湯葉のお刺身にカニ味噌、栃尾揚げに茶碗蒸しらも頂きつつ
各種料理の合間に同店の魅力を垣間見せてくれたのが、店主さんお勧めで提供頂いた日本酒
こちら「七田」というお酒で、柑橘系の香りに酸味が、先ほどのカニ味噌と相性抜群
そして、レバ刺しの代用品として人気を博している「もうかの星」もオーダー
ぷるっと柔らかな食感の中に、しっかりした旨味を携えており、他の品では替えの効かない極上の1品
もちろんこちらも生鮮食品である以上、鮮度や管理が整った同店であればこそ、美味しく味わえること間違い無し
そして気になる握りは本日2貫のみとなったものの、キスの昆布締めと小鰭をチョイス。
こちら赤酢を使用したシャリで提供され、口の中でほどける握りの加減が絶妙。
ホロリとほぐれたシャリが、しっかりネタと一体化し、昆布締めの旨味や程良い酢締めの甘みを堪能。
今回は3軒目のハシゴで利用となり、料理を食べ尽くすには至らなかった同店
次回は握りを多数頂きたいのはもちろん、おつまみに鮮魚各品も、より深く味わいたい新店となりました。
