この日は遅めのランチを幕張本郷にていただくことに
伺ったのは北側に下った所にある「らーめんトウマ」
私が住んでいた頃は無かったお店です
「豚香油」の暖簾が出ておりますが、ラーメンの写真のスープは白濁してはいませんね
伺った当日は女性二人でのオペレーション
此方は豚の拳骨スープのお店と目星を付けて券売機で選択したのはネギラーメン（醤油）
さて着丼したラーメンのスープには背脂が気持ち程度浮かせてありました
ネギラーメンのネギは辣油を塗してあり少しピリ辛風味です
残念なのはスープ自体の旨味が少なく物足りなさを感じさせます
此方のスープに合わせるなら味噌がベターかも知れないですね
味噌ラーメンに特化したら化けるかも知れないお店かもです
