12時頃、初訪問。
失礼ながらこのお店、結構長く
続いている。地域に根差した店というより
周辺のビルに勤務するビジネスパーソン
対象のランチに絞って営業している感じ。
お値段もランチで客単価1000円ベース
で、取れるところから確実に取る
みたいな感じは表に出ていなくとも
伝わってしまっているかと思う。
夜の部営業では飲み会で利用しやすい
プランや、最近よくある、お酒＋一品が
均一価格みたいなメニューもある。
ただ、やっぱり頻繁に使うには
やや高めかな。
中華料理好きなので海浜幕張
勤務になってようやく行く機会を得た。
結論から言うと味は想像以上に良い。
自分の中華料理屋判定基準である
オーダーからの皿着までの早さも
問題なし。
入ったことがなかったから知らなかった
が、店内は割と広く、また自分も含め
お一人様向けの席もあり、居心地は
案外悪くない。
肝心の味について。
まだ初回で一品のみの判定だが、
こちらもかなり良好。
今回頂いたかた焼きそばは太麺で
餡のトロトロさと麺のクリスピーな
感覚が相まって普通に美味しい。
勝手に想像していた高いけど不味い、
みたいなイメージは吹き飛んだ。
多分他のメニューも
レベルが高いんじゃないかと
感じさせるに十分だ。
やっぱり値段がかなりネックかなぁ…
ランチはかなりの品数だが、品数
絞ったらもう少し安くならない
だろうか。周辺のビルの内情が
不明なんだけど、ランチに1000円は
頻繁に使うにはかなり厳しい。
ただ、週一で自分へのご褒美なら
アリかなあ。
長く続いているだけあって営業的な
バランシングは分かって現状に
なっていると思うので、味さえ
落ちることがなけれは問題ない
でしょう。
