何を食べても美味しいんですが
何度も訪問している麻婆豆腐の名店。陳麻婆豆腐は、以前はもっと辛かったが、最近はちょっと抑え気味でちょうどいい。これまで、日本全国で、色んな有名店の麻婆豆腐を食べましたが、これを上回る麻婆豆腐には巡り合ったことがありません。新橋の一人３万円を超える四川料理の超有名店よりも、数段美味しいです。
麻婆豆腐に限らず、料理はどれも抜群のセンスで、外れた品はありません。月替わりのメニューも色々試しましたが、どれも素晴らしい料理です。
ただ、一つ残念なのが、提供までの時間。こちらの都合はお構いなしで、店主の気が向いた時に作り始める。麻婆豆腐などは、他からの注文が入るまで作らず、かなり待たされる時があります。
今日はたまたま客は自分一人だったので、すぐに作ってくれましたが、前回は、三品しか頼んでないのに1時間を超えました。これを改善してくれたら、もっと頻繁に行きたいのですが。

以前、ランチの麻婆豆腐はよく食べに来ていたのですが、ディナーのみになってから初めて来ました。一休で予約できるので助かります。
ランチタイムには座れるようになっていたカウンター席も今は使われていません。
以前から、料理はかなり美味しいのでまた来たかったのですが、辛さが苦手な妻はあまり来たがらないため、久しぶりの来店になりました。夜はコースのみになったようで、カウンター席もないので、１人メニューもあるようですが、１人はちょっと躊躇します。辛いメニューは私が妻の分も食べるという約束のもと、やって来ました。
おまかせコースは、タコの前菜から始まり棒棒鶏、海老チリ、スープ、猪と梨の炒め物、オイル煮、陳麻婆豆腐と続きます。
基本、どれも非常にセンスを感じる味付けです。四川料理なので、辛味は効いていますが、個人的にはめちゃくちゃ辛いというものはなく、オイル煮は見た目はめちゃくちゃ辛そうに見えますが、間違えて唐辛子をかじらない限り、辛くはありません。具材は白身魚でしたが、オイルと唐辛子が相まって独特の美味しさに仕上がっています。この日、辛くて妻がギブアップしたのは猪と梨の炒め物と陳麻婆豆腐。どちらもめちゃくちゃ美味しいんですが、辛いもの苦手だと無理かもしれません。猪は私はあまり得意ではないんですが、全く臭みもなく、鶏のような食感。妻の分も食べました。陳麻婆豆腐は、定番ですが、やっぱり美味しい。辛さはまあまあありますので、白米必須です。
美味しい四川料理は、辣油自体がとても美味しいと思うのですが、蔓山も辣油が素晴らしいので、全てのお料理が美味しいです。
この内容でコースが7千円というのは破格だと思います。都内で２万円くらいでも余裕で繁盛しそうな、特別な四川料理です。
