幕張本郷駅より徒歩3〜5分の場所にある中華料理店 中国四川酒家 蔓山。
一休からのネット予約に対応されており、比較的予約の取りやすい中華料理店。2021年2023年中国料理east百名店だけでなく、2022年2024年食べログbronzeに選出されています。
比較的リーズナブルなコース料金設定と、後からアラカルトで注文できる料理の数々が魅力。店主はお話し好きなようで、コース料理が終わった後、会話をしにホールへ出てきてくれます。

◾前菜
マダコと新玉葱を使用した前菜。山椒の味が効いた酸味のあるサッパリとしたソースによって、弾力の強いマダコの美味しさが際立っています。
◾ほうぼう
軽く炙った大分県産のほうぼうを、麻辣ソースで絡めた一皿。茗荷の香りと食感が良いアクセントになっており、辛味も強すぎず美味でした。
◾棒棒鶏
骨付きのしっとりとした鶏肉を使用した棒棒鶏。口に含んだ瞬間に甘味が広がっていき、後から口の中に辛味が残る胡麻風味のソースが堪りません。
◾小籠包
お肉の旨味とスープが濃縮した、最高級の小籠包。お箸を入れた瞬間溢れ出す肉汁のスープはそのまま食べても絶品ですが、赤酢によってまた違った味を堪能できます。
◾酢豚
茨城県産の杜仲高麗豚（とちゅうこうらいとん）、菜の花、タラの芽、スナップえんどうを使用した酢豚。驚くほどクオリティの高い豚肉が印象的、コラーゲンたっぷりジューシーで旨味も強く、そのままソテーにするだけでも充分美味しくいただけそうですね。
そんな豚肉を贅沢に使用して、甘味のあるタレに絡めているので、酢豚が絶品なのは言わずもがな。こういった豚肉を育てている生産者の方々や、それを見つけてくるシェフのセンスにも脱帽です。
◾海老チリ
保水剤を一切使用していない、ムギュっと弾力の強い海老で作ったピリ辛の海老チリ。保水剤を使用するとプリプリとした食感は得られますが、その分味は落ちるので、保水剤を使用していない海老のほうが、海老自体の香りや食感を楽しめます。
◾水煮魚
四川料理の中でも最も辛い料理と言われる、水煮魚（シュイジュユー）。唐辛子、油、スパイスをふんだんに使用した激辛スープに、黒鯛や筍などの食材が浸っており、辛いだけでなく辛味の奥にある旨味も感じる一品です。
◾麻婆豆腐
白ごはんを食べたくなる、ピリリと辛い本格四川麻婆豆腐。熱々の豆腐と肉味噌の甘辛い味が最高でした！
◾杏仁豆腐
まろやかでつるっと食べやすい杏仁豆腐でコース終了。
