2020年に訪問以来、再訪。
ずっと行きたい、行きたいと言っていたお店にようやく来れた。何と言っても、お料理の味がおいしい。中華の中で一番美味しいと思う。ワインや日本酒も揃っている。
大好きな魚介類が得意なお店。最初に出てきたのが、小鰭と蛸。次が、マハタだったかなぁ。名前忘れたけど、お刺身を麻辣でいただく。旬の筍も、たくさんの香辛料にまみれながらも、筍本来の味と食感を楽しませてくれる。こちらの棒々鶏のたれがまた美味しい。さらに、鮑とアスパラも、素晴らしい。蛍烏賊と新玉ねぎの鍋は、蛍烏賊の甘さと苦味が活きる逸品。熱を通した玉ねぎが嫌いな私が、普通に玉ねぎを食べてしまったほど。何でもないようなもやし炒めは、今まで食べた中で一番美味しいもやし料理になった。さらに、炒飯、中華なのに、パスタでペペロンチーノと炭水化物も十分いただいて、最高の夜となった。
