友人と2人で、幕張の「ちむ」さんを訪問。18時過ぎの到着でしたが、その後すぐに満席に。お店の少ない幕張駅前ではダントツの人気店です。
まずは生ビールと、たこわさ、マグロ酒盗、そして刺身盛り合わせ（上盛り、3,000円）を注文。団体さんが居て時間がかかりそうだから、と、店主のちむさんが煮付け（魚の名前は忘れた）を恵んでくれました。ラッキー！
ここの特徴は、何と言っても刺身の盛り方と、日本酒の品揃え。新鮮な魚をキレイに盛り付けてくれるので、お連れした方は皆さん喜んでくださいます。
