ランチの
海鮮あんかけ焼きそば飲茶セットにしました。
小籠包のお店らしく、
店頭で専門の方が
作ったり蒸したりしてます。
小籠包美味しい！
しっかりとコクがあっていい！
一緒にきた中華スープもうまい！
丼ぶりで飲みたいくらい！
…だが海鮮あんかけ焼きそばよ。
味がしないんだよ。
味覚障害を一瞬疑ったけど
小籠包とか美味しいし。
何か大切な味付けを忘れたと思いたい。
テーブル上の黒酢と醤油、辛子を
駆使してオリジナル焼きそばを作るけど
作りながらちまちま味見してたら
無くなってしまった。
杏仁豆腐もすごく美味しかったし。
好みの問題だったらしょうがないけど…。
