イタリアン「VANSAN」、勝つ屋「キムカツ」、焼肉「将泰庵」、居酒屋「築地食堂源ちゃん」、炭処「炙りの幸」、

今回は、お初の炭処「炙りの幸」にランチ訪店。

◆オーダ：とろ鯖塩炭火焼定食 790円(税込)
入口脇のレジで注文＆前会計。
注文時に御飯の量を尋ねらるので「大森ヨロシク！」
トレイに乗せてサーブ。トレイ上には
鯖半身（切干大根、大根卸し、カット檸檬）、御飯、漬物、味噌汁。
第一印象 鯖ちっちゃ。まぁー生姜ないかー的。
先ずは、大好物の「鯖」をパクパク。うーむ、お上手な焼き加減。
炭火で焼いちゃってるので 香ばしい＆脂ガンガン乗っちゃってるし こりゃーまいぅ。
檸檬絞って ボール状の大根卸しを崩そうとしたら 大根卸し玉カッチカチ。
こんなに搾ったら大根卸しの味が9/10減。 大根卸しの重要度を知ってるのか？と疑う。
御飯は、流石米屋だけあって まいぅだった。
「鯖」は、チッチャかったけど脂ガン乗りで味が美味かったのでこの量で満足。
「鯖」が良かったものの「大根卸し」は、超不満。
アルバイトに作らせたのか？魚好きでは無いお方が作ったのだろうか？
何れにしても「大根卸し」は、改善必須。
次回は、「鯵の開きの炭火焼 」してみよー
美味かった。
